Läcka i Snowdens fotspår…..

Allra först – det är inte bara Huffington Post och US new leaker, CNN 5 augusti 2014 som sprider uppgifter som lagts upp på en hemsida där hemligt amerikanskt material sprids. Med allra största sannolikhet finns det minst en katt bland hermelinerna, en spion med egen agenda utifrån spionens uppdragsgivares krav. Vad vänsternissar i media verkar ha missat, är att det mycket väl kan förekomma samma ”spion-fiske” i USA idag som det vi i Sverige under och direkt efter Andra Världskriget ibland kallade ”packa pappas kappsäck”.

Packa pappas kappsäck var en allvarlig variant av den här i Sverige populära julleken ”ett skepp kommer lastat”. Dvs en uppräkning som för varje led den passerade tillfördes en ny ”last” och där de som inte klarade av att ge rätt last i rätt ordning åkte ut.

I den allvarliga varianten som jag hörde talas om i min barn- och ungdom fanns det en metod där enskilda ord byttes mot synonymer på ett så snillerikt sätt i text som man misstänkte kunde läckas vidare av en okänd spion eller femtekolonnare. Då arbetade man enligt uppgift med 7 varianter där nästa omgång av 7 varianter precis som i den matematiska gåtan hur många vägningar som krävs för att bland 10 kulor avgöra vilken kula som avviker och om den väger mer eller mindre när den enda tillåtna vågen är en balansvåg och frågan är hur få vägningar som krävs för att finna kulan. (Tips svaret är 3 vägningar). Med 7 variantalternativet och speciell matematisk statistik krävs inte många fler ”vägningar” för att hitta ”problemet”.

Jag har en allvarlig misstanke att detta redan är fallet i det omtalade ‘new leaker”-fallet och att USA nu låter vederbörande göra bort sig och hans uppdragsgivare få betala priset av att aldrig veta vad som är sant och vad som är falskt av det spionen ”läcker”. Bra jobbat om så är fallet!

PS. Aftonbladet – det existerar ingen avlyssningsskandal! Skandalen ligger i att vänsternissar och högerfötter samt många politiker är helt okunniga om vad de själva har varit tvungna att godkänna för att få tillgång till nätet samt använda mobil. Läser man inte det finstilta, så kanske man inte inser att var och en själva godkänt allt det som kallas skandal när myndigheter använt det godkännande som varje person lämnat. INGEN POLITIKER ELLER REGERING som är demokratisk kan neka folk att vara dumma nog att själva lämna godkännande till att deras nätanvändning får lämnas till myndighet som med brottsmistanke enligt lag begär in enskild persons uppgifter. In NSA-intercepted data, those not targeted far outnumber the foreigners who are, Washingtonpost 2014/07/05 Haven’t the journalists learnt or can’t they understand the words written in the U.S. Constitution??

Personal privacy includes the right to accept without reading the fine print!

You yourself agreed to the terms available for you to accept to be connected to the network. Like everyone else who uses the net ….. No authority in any democracy on Earth can make your approval invalidated by their own laws! They would have to disempowering each individual seperatly. Can’t include everyone who approved without reading the fine print in a law. Each case would, in most countries’ constitution require a court hearing that this could happen. A quite important part of your own and others’ privacy!

U.S government has always in accordance with U.S. Constitution been allowed to monitor U.S. citizens if the individe or group the individe belongs to constitute a danger to the United States as a democratic nation or for public safety in U.S. All this follow after analysis of the U.S. Constitution:
The main thing in all text of US Constitution as signed by the Fathers of the State is to defend US against foreign and domestic actions trying to change or attack US democracy as defined and signed in the Constitution.

This directly limits the possibility for any given President of US and/or for the Congress as well as for US Senate to change that without changing US democracy. It’s simple as that. Safety of the State in accordance to the Constitution is what it’s all about. No person, president of US, member of US Congress or Senate is excluded from that.

”….The Trial of all Crimes, except in Cases of Impeachment, shall be by Jury; and such Trial shall be held in the State where the said Crimes shall have been committed; but when not committed within any State, the Trial shall be at such Place or Places as the Congress may by Law have directed.”

Please observe that it’s said that ‘the Trial shall be…. may by Law have directed”. Same goes in every given country on Earth: A Constitution gives the limits as well as set the demands for what law texts may contain. OM nio av tio personer inte är NSA:s målgrupp tyder det på att datakunskaperna sjunkit till katastrofalnivå hos de som skall ta fram algoritmer för sitt uppdrag! Inte på något annat.

Endast omyndigförklarande av varje enskild individ som själv valt att godkänna villkoren som funnits sedan upphovsmännen till nätet, amerikanska armén, skapade nätet och satte regler i licensavtal för alla som fick och får använda det. Upphovsmannarätt utökades som de flesta vet till 75 år härom året.

Vem är mannen/kvinnan som ens törs föra fram begäran att omyndighetsförklara samtliga som själva godkänt villkor för att använda nätet 😛 😉 🙂

If taken time to read and understand what the fifth Article say, there is a very important line which many persons in US and especially outside US forgotten to take in:
…..that no Amendment which may be made prior to the Year One thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any Manner affect the first and fourth Clauses in the Ninth Section of the first Article; and that no State, without its Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate.

What does the first and fourth Clauses in the Ninth Sextion of the first Article say? They deal with taxation and they don’t give any rights what so ever for any person to be excluded from the laws and the Constitution given by US the United States to defend democracy of US. Please read and take in the pretext to US Constitution:

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America
That’s the way it is from a Constitutional view. An other thing is that everyone, in US as well as in the rest of the World, by accepting the terms of agreement for them to have and use an internet-account, a mobile phone etc have accepted themselves that their provider have the rights to among other thing to follow the laws in US as well as in any other country where they use mobile phones/PC/laptops and so on.

Congratulations, you accepted and you are paying

for the acceptance you made! Some people never learn, do they?
You can’t have a credit card without accepting that the credit card supplier are bound by laws to give authority access to your accounts. When? As soon as you use the card the tax authorities in your own country, no matter which nationality you have and no matter where you live, is entitled to have informations directly (from the credit card company as well as your own bank) when your transactions are over a certain limit a week. But not only that – and this been known at least since 1980’s – the credit card if linked directly or via your bank to one of the major credit cards, then you have accepted that it’s transactions are checked in the credit card company’s country…..

Further more: EU also accepted that transaction for all persons travelling to US can be checked by US.

But that’s more you have accepted: As soon as you opened a net-account, as well as every time you bought a computer/laptop/mobile etc etc you have had to accept that your traffic is checked – not only by your suppliers but also by the company owning the rights for the plattform but more.

You can’t send a SMS without allowing/accepting that it can be read by at least your supplier as well as the net supplier (and no matter if you are using a prepaid phone the laws includes them as well) and if it crosses a border also the countries who’s border the sms cross. SMS is send in ‘open air’ can be read by many others than NSA which btw are allowed to do what they do. That’s in accordance of what’s allowed in freedom rights of US Constitution. Please read the words there more carefully!

You have accepted and you are paying extra money yourself for some of the cloud services applications etc you are using which you have had to accept the rules and laws of the net. Laws and rules which been there ever since the net was a tine ‘baby’.

So Guardian, you are more than 34 years too late! Old news.
