Du har själv godkänt villkoren som finns för att du skall få vara uppkopplad mot nätet. Precis som alla andra som använder nätet….. Ingen myndighet i en demokrati kan göra ditt godkännande ogiltigt genom egen lagstiftning!

OM nio av tio personer inte är NSA:s målgrupp tyder det på att datakunskaperna sjunkit till katastrofalnivå hos de som skall ta fram algoritmer för sitt uppdrag! Inte på något annat.

Endast omyndigförklarande av varje enskild individ som själv valt att godkänna villkoren som funnits sedan upphovsmännen till nätet, amerikanska armén, skapade nätet och satte regler i licensavtal för alla som fick och får använda det. Upphovsmannarätt utökades som de flesta vet till 75 år härom året.

Vem är mannen/kvinnan som ens törs föra fram begäran att omyndighetsförklara samtliga som själva godkänt villkor för att använda nätet 😛 😉 🙂

Amerikanska medborgare har hela tiden fått övervakas om de utgjort fara för USA som demokratisk nation eller för den allmänna säkerheten. Det framgår klart vid analys av Amerikanska konstitutionen:

The main thing in all text of US Constitution as signed by the Fathers of the State is to defend US against foreign and domestic actions trying to change or attack US democracy as defined and signed in the Constitution.

This directly limits the possibility for any given President of US and/or for the Congress as well as for US Senate to change that without changing US democracy. It’s simple as that. Safety of the State in accordance to the Constitution is what it’s all about. No person, president of US, member of US Congress or Senate is excluded from that.

US Constitution

Article III section 2.
”….The Trial of all Crimes, except in Cases of Impeachment, shall be by Jury; and such Trial shall be held in the State where the said Crimes shall have been committed; but when not committed within any State, the Trial shall be at such Place or Places as the Congress may by Law have directed.”

Please observe that it’s said that ‘the Trial shall be…. may by Law have directed”. Same goes in every given country on Earth: A Constitution gives the limits as well as set the demands for what law texts may contain. No country on Earth, democratic or not, gives a clearance for attacks by terrorists, spies or any in Laws named criminals such as drug dealers, pedophiles, illegal autonom groups working against the State (or Country) to be excluded!Obama gave what US constitution allows, Norah4you 19 januari 2014
