but where in Second Amendment does it say that people are allowed to buy more arms than they can carry on themselves and/or keep in safety so no minor, 4 years old or 16 doesn’t matter, may be able to lay their hands on? The silly question is: Does the right to ”keep and bear” in it’s own word not say that such a buyer who doesn’t bear/carry his or her arm on him are protected by Constitution and US-law not to be looked upon as a criminal when the keep doesn’t include safe protection of arms not being beared by the owner?

The second amendment is written in such a way that it is interpreted by those who feel they must carry arms have a complete right to do so any time! It refers to a ”militia” but most ignore that. The ”keep” part is not usually argued at all.

The ‘keep’ part is the essential part of the amendment. Anyone who argue that they themselves kept the arms under good control when their 4 year old or 16 year old can get their hands on arm, they ought as far as I am concerned go to a doctor.
As for the reference to the second amendment, which more than one senator refered to when voting no to a pre-control of person or persons intending to buy arm, that argument falls to the ground since not everyone is allowed to buy, carry and keep arms. Correct me if I am wrong, but convicted persons on paroll aren’t allowed nor are those who are on police or FBI wanted-lists. Thus there already exist a no-buying list ”somewhere” so the question falls since everyone intending to buy must be checked against such list (-s)
Thus the only question left is if it’s criminal or not criminal to keep arms at home so minor can get hold of not only a simple gun but heavy arm….. It that’s not criminal, than something must be wrong in interpretation of the second amendment – militia aren’t allowed to enrole minor……
